About this website
This website is designed and maintained by Atty. Gerry T. Galacio, an AB English graduate of Philippine Christian University and a teacher since 1981 of English grammar, Literature and journalism. He has been a practicing lawyer since 1995 but is preparing to go into full-time youth ministry, and if God answers his prayer for a partner in life, into covenant marriage ministry.
Atty. Galacio offers free legal information and Biblical counseling via e-mail on issues affecting the Filipino family through his website www.familymatters.org.ph. You can find in the website the complete text of the Family Code, Frequently Asked Questions, Relevant Laws (like RA 9262) and Legal Procedures (like annulment of voidable marriages and declaration of nullity of void marriages).
