About this website

This website is designed and maintained by Atty. Gerry T. Galacio, an AB English graduate of Philippine Christian University and a teacher since 1981 of English grammar, Literature and journalism. He has been a practicing lawyer since 1995 but is preparing to go into full-time youth ministry, and if God answers his prayer for a partner in life, into covenant marriage ministry.

Atty. Galacio offers free legal information and Biblical counseling via e-mail on issues affecting the Filipino family through his website www.familymatters.org.ph. He also conducts free lecture-seminars on photography and various legal topics (Essential provisions of the Family Code, RA 9262, etc) for schools, faculty clubs, youth groups, barangays and other organizations.
